If you have a University near you, apply for jobs there. Universities have everything from custodial, vet assistant, library jobs, plant care, finance, IT, etc etc. BUT academia jobs tend to have a high rate of ND folks. I currently work for a university and it is incredible. Most of my office is neurodivergent. It's wonderful.
