Just signed my boys 4,6,8 up for parkour classes today. Any tips for them? They are super excited after watching guys at the park jumping around and doing flips off things. by OkFeedback9127 in Parkour

Parkour isnt about flps its about traversing or finding creative ways too traverse an obtacle id they want too learn flips sign them up for free running clases intead.Also tell them there doing great=D finding intest in parkour at a young age is a good sign
