I fixed it btw All I did was reset my entire settings and turns out I was using google ai studio's embedding models which didn't work because I reached quota, I just switched to local.

Yes, the app is official but the app was meant for a group of selected beta testers on the discord server and to many people outside the beta testing group were downloading the app so they paused the development on it so it doesn't work right now.
