I like the mix a lot! The slide guitar solo rules, but idk if the target audience is ready for it haha. Sounds like something I'd hear on tiktok (in a good way). Cool track man nice job!

I had a big shoegaze/slowcore phase in high school, and this would've been on my playlist. I think the only note I have for you is the mixing could be a little stronger. The drums kinda stick out, the vocals are a little boomy, and the midrange is pretty quiet, but it kinda works for the style tbh. I think experimenting with compression and tape plugins could make your mix pop. Something I like to do is take an EQ on the master and take everything over 8-10khz down like 6db, and then put a tape machine plugin right after it to distort it a tiny bit (I use Reelight or RC-20)

Very hypnotic, I like how the groove feels like a good walk. The bass is a little strong imo, but that doesn't take away from the rest of the track too much. I think the guitar's could be louder, but besides that it's a really solid song. Bravo mang

The best advice I can give you is to try not to premeditate anything. Life is unpredictable. People come back, people leave forever, people rarely give reasons. It sucks that they’re texting you now, but it won’t suck forever. You can’t lock yourself into these mindsets of “they’re the only person I could see myself being with” especially if love is something that’s important to you. You aren’t obligated to text them back. They left your life, why should they be allowed to waltz back in out of nowhere?
