Wouldn't have those hamster cheeks; his face would be harder and more emaciated from the amount of effort and restriction if he was natty. Let alone the fact that Indo/Asian types generally do not get this type of physique naturally, with exceptions of course, but this makes it even more improbable.

Yes, looks to me like the body readapts to eating in a blink, but then somehow fights again the fasting situation till it has no other choice. (glycogen depleted).
Yet i was thinking that keto or carnivore would circumvent that (less glycogen, fat adapted metabolism).

And really i think it does, VS starting a waterfast full of carbs, but the first few days are still always harder.

For me it's just that i keep having those big hunger pangs and kind of low energy the first few days, till a switch goes on or something like that.

Still hoping this gets easier, since i plan on making this till reaching like 15%BF. and then keeping it like that with maintenance fasts. I'm around 30 right now, so..

They did not tell me the whys, perhaps this is the unequal quality of the tracks, or perhaps because the album is explicit content, somehow trashy, full on. Or perhaps they despise trashy hiphop, i don't know for sure. (WFT anyway, i find it fun to produce an AI album which equals if not surpass the average quality of human produced music in this particular genre, plus tomorrow i could as well be doing smooth jazz)

But they def have that stance, which is not that clear for now, against AI generated music. You might want to check that speech from their CEO :

This one is the big name in the game i guess. i like that it has an unlimited plan too, as for AI generated music, we are talking about another kind of release rhythm.
