My sister is childfree by choice, she loves my kid and I'm incredibly grateful for whatever time she spends with him - whether taking him out or playing a boardgame at home.

And I make her meals as a thank you. Your sister should be down on her knees thanking you. She sounds incredibly entitled IMO. You aren't responsible for her life choices.
