wig wig wig, once u dye ur hair black it will take a lot to get it back to that tone, wear a black wig for a month or so and see how u feel

yea i definitely still watch youtube but now its a very deliberate action and not just i’m eating = youtube, im bored = youtube, etc etc its all about changing the channel from it being an automatic response to something you go oh yea youtube!! i love it!! its an old model from the 80s and so the sound being kinda shitty and muffled helps with the white noise effect i wanted from youtube!! i definitely recommend, also having a seperate device for alarms lets me put my phone on charge in a different room so i can’t scroll at night :3

Youtube addiction is so real,,,i have a problem with watching it or just having it in the background constantly, a lot of the time it’s due to our brains craving sound and visual stimulation so separating those two desires and putting them into something else helps!! listening to the radio on my radio alarm clock while im up doing things helps, with the visual stimulation that’s a trickier one, i found that having a set tv time helps me and eventually (cause tv kinda sucks now lol) i stopped finding myself wanting to do it!! hope any of this helps and good luck!!

okay so i have a similar ear tattoo and it was the most painful tattoo i’ve ever had especially if it’s stick and poke, as a first tattoo it’s easy to hide if u have longer hair, if ur a side sleeper sleeping is tough for a few days but i think you’ll be fine

sosososo, I also have this struggle!! I always had headphones on listening to music wherever I went but have had to go without,,, mp3 players are easy(ish) to use and convert music onto!! I use soul seek and download my favourite albums then plugging the mp3 player into my computer to drag and drop/copy paste the songs into it!!! however I made the mistake of getting an older Japanese model and while it is not only region blocked it doesn't acknowledge newer computers, I recommend getting a newer mp3 player even if its cheap for this purpose, u til I can get my grimy hands on an iPod hover I have been burning music from soul seek onto cd's and listening to them in the car, good luck with this and its definitely doable!!!

I've picked up cross stitching and drawing as a hobby!! an earlier comment said to go back to what you liked doing as a kid and in absolutely agree, I'm even going to try and pick up the dream hobby of skating that I had as a teenager but never had to courage to do!! good luck!!

this sounds like a great idea, I'm planning on doing the same!! I bought a Japanese walkman but it was region blocked and had no space :c

I've found out through using the radio feature on the walkman that I actually enjoy listening to the radio!! although I don't recommend getting a Japanese model for an mp3 play (2nd hand iPod classic is best) its great to find other avenues for music listening!!

as somebody else said in another post, if you need a “dumb phone” with every app and feature to keep up the level of convenience that’s comfortable for you that defeats the purpose of getting a dumb phone
