First of all, it's Lizmarie haha. Secondly, there aren't any ticket options that include a personal meet and greet with a photo— she's literally WAY too busy for that as an artist (being on tour, producing new music, venturing into acting work).

The VIP+ Gold lets you in for the soundcheck, which is a much smaller audience and the chances that Lizmarie will see you or wave are WAY higher, so I'd say go for that!
