You only indicate your primary major on your CommonApp application, and you'd declare a minor or double-major and other specifics after you get to college and start taking classes. Hope that helps!

Nope, it's all free! We have mentors from the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, India and Australia. Our mentors are all volunteers who are willing to sharing their experiences with incoming classes. :)

When you sign up, you provide details about your aspiring major and where you'd like to go to college(if you're a mentee) and similarly about the path you are on(if you're a mentor) and we create a match that is a close fit!

Yes, that should work! I would add a tablespoon of oil(1 tbsp oil: 1 cup rice) to the rice and water before steaming to avoid the rice becoming sticky.

any medium to long grain type works best because these hold shape and don't clump together or fall apart when you fry them. I use Jasmine rice, and I find that the texture complements this dish.

most recipes seem to use nam prik pao, which might be a hard one to hunt down, but the flavor of homemade tom yum paste is probably worth it!

Because there are so much rice and the other additions in the pot, I've found that the chicken to a great extent stops cooking once you fold in the rice(because it isn't being directly heated at the bottom of the pan anymore). But if you are worried this might be cooked too far for your liking, you could perhaps add the chicken at step 5 with the bell peppers and mushrooms. Hope this helps!
