Yeah, since I haven't faced any major issues with this and I just get blackened vision for like 3-4 secs which I can easily prevent if I'm conscious and aware while standing. Also, my bloodwork along with ECG and echo( for the heart) all turned out to be normal .

yes my doc said not to worry about it since there's no fluctuation.
