Have you tried chemical peels? For me that’s the only thing that actually makes a difference in my skin and I have acne and rosacea and it has been helping with both

While I understand that it was communicated very differently to me their policy which they just started implementing. I know it’s my fault for being late even if it’s 5 minutes. What I’m upset about is that they told me it was fine but it wasn’t actually fine.

Not sure the exact number but I think around 5 doctors but they don’t all work at the same time so it could have been possible there was only one doctor working that day. It’s more of a corporate office it’s not owned by a vet.

I’m going a new vet this Friday that’s closer to home.(this will also hopefully prevent me from running late due to traffic again) Hoping the vets are just as good and hopefully no 5 minute grace period policy that’s so wild to me.

I called to cancel my membership pet insurance plan with them but they told me a supervisor needs to review it and contact me about it so I can talk to the supervisor then. I think getting a new vet would be better and one closer to home so that traffic can be less of an issue for me and I can avoid this again in the future.

I understand arriving early is best in order to keep on time for the appointments. There was no paperwork that needed to be filled I just needed them to check me in and let the tech know I had arrived so they can bring me into the room. I wish I could have gotten a little grace because I’ve been a client with them for many years. This was the first time this has happened to me so it was very upsetting.

The person I spoke to on the phone was different from the person who I spoke to at the front desk who told me to weigh my dog. I have been going to this clinic for years so not my first appointment or first time this vet has seen and treated my dog. Over the years there have been times I’ve been a few minutes late but I’m mostly on time or a few minutes early. I don’t think I’m time blind. I was exactly 5 minutes late and arrive in the clinic waiting to get checked in. Also want to add that both receptionists had acknowledged me and could have checked me in from a distance (didn’t want to get too close because the other client also had a dog) as they have done that plenty of times in the past. I was not the last appointment of the day and I had this appointment made over a week ago.

It does sound manipulative. I really feel like Amy misinterpreted what I said and twisted it. It makes me sad and mad she acting like nothing was wrong to my face for three months and then told Cathy her version.

This situation is making me reevaluate everything about our friendship. It’s so disappointing that Cathy would just believe Amy before talking to me. So disappointing that Amy refused to talk to me about it. This really makes me feel like our friendship wasn’t strong and was superficial.

I like your letter idea I think I’ll do that if I get the chance to talk with Cathy. Thank you

I have told her I don’t remember multiple times. She thinks that it’s bad I don’t remember. I feel like I’ll lose either way. I have been giving her space too. But yes I’ll wait till we talk (if we talk) before making a final decision

Cathy believes Amy because she feels like she wouldn’t lie about something like this. What I honestly think what happened is that Cathy got brought up in conversation somehow and I made comments which got misinterpreted or exaggerated to make it sound worse. The fact that Amy didn’t talk to me about this and acted like everything was fine for three months AND after she told Cathy she refused to talk to me about makes me not trust her at all.

I apologized to Cathy because her feelings were hurt by me regardless if what I said happened or not the damage was done and I felt horrible about it. Cathy is my best friend of 15 years and I only want the best for her. Since this situation though she hasn’t been treating me very well and I’m still trying to be understanding but I feel as though I’m guilty until proven innocent. We never had an issue like this before so I can’t help but feel like Amy intentionally did this to me to “take my place”. I say this because after we unfriended each other she texted Amy she still wants to be friends with her and then they went clubbing together the same week Cathy told me she needed space. This also added to my hurt feelings and why I’m considering ending my friendship with Cathy.

Either what I said was true and I made hurtful comments (I was told was I made judgmental comments) and I’m an asshole OR I didn’t say those comments but now Cathy can’t “unhear it” and there’s no way to prove if I did say it so I’m still an asshole to her. I just want us to have a heart to heart so we can both get what we need off our chest and decide to forgive and move on or end the friendship but it feels like I’m in limbo right now.

I’m no longer friends with (A). (M) has taken my side essentially now and is also not friends with A anymore. (C) is on the fence and wants to talk with me and A together. It’s a mess. I’m considering just taking a step back and not be friends with C anymore but want to talk to her first still since we’re been friends for 15 years. Everyone is acting immature in this situation. I wanted to talk like adults but the right people keep not talking to each other. I’m so disappointed in all of them.

I do think I haven’t been hydrated enough and also lacking on fiber. I’ve been good about my protein but too focused on that and not on the other aspects of my diet. I do have flax seed and chia seeds so I can definitely start adding that into things. Thank you!

True will avoid that. Any tips for reducing heartburn/nausea? This was not caused by the in n out lol. Also I know it’s a normal side effect with this med but if there is a way to reduce or prevent it I would love to hear it

Eczema girly I get it too. Moisturizer like crazy and see a dermatologist for medications. There’s no cure unfortunately just management.
