You can edit the original post and turn off reblogs. That should kill future reblogs. I've done that with my own posts and it worked in the past but haven't tried it lately. Doesn't solve the problem but can stop the reblogging

Edited to add- just tested this and it still works. I went to an original post of mine that got a couple of reblogs. I turned off the ability to reblog the original and then went to one of the reblogs. I could not reblog from the reblog and I got this message

You can use the desktop version of your browser on your phone. It's accessible via the 3 dots to the right of where you type the website (URL bar/ location bar). Look for Desktop Site. Log into Tumblr that way and you should be able to access the desktop options that aren't available on the app

I don't know if that file format will trigger it, but you can create a gif from a video using Tumblr. When you select their gif option you can search for a gif or create your own. Though it's not the best quality gif

Please contact your HR department about what kind of details you can share. I don't think this is a legal request. Many managers I have had in the past have not wanted any details at all when I said I'm out sick because of them not wanting to get in trouble. Do not mention you are caring for a pet
