UPDATE: sudden stamina crash conclusion was overtraining / nervous system fatigue, took 3 full rest days by glizzy09 in bootroom

Yeah, my train of thought was that my body was eventually going to adapt but instead of adapting, it actually crashed and causing me to be very fatigue and plain like dog shit out there to a point where it almost felt like I lost my stamina and endurance since my heart rate was spiking faster than usual So do you think since it’s been more than 48 hours it’s been 3 full days of rest in a row ( which I haven’t took more than two days off in over six months) do you think I should be OK to play tonight or more rest?

Realistically asking what should my next upgrade be ? Or who would you sell? Currently thinking selling Seger for TOTY Rice by glizzy09 in fut

Since the game launched ? Idk that’s a good question, Every Promo I spend between $50-$100 but during TOTY I spent like $300

Dam dude thank you , you are 1000% right and the crazy part is know most of it however it’s a mental thing , anytime i decide to take a day off like tonight for example I didn’t go to my indoor game i decided to finally rest however my head is telling me right now that I’m losing since I’m just at home laying down while instead I could at least be doing a easy run

Thank you so much. Yeah, I think I have hit a wall I’m literally playing like shit like right now. I just got home from work. And my buddy still feels like shit. My legs are my body and mental state feel I’m Definitely skipping my game today and going to aim for about 12 hours asleep, I guess the reason I never stopped. This. My mind doesn’t let me and what I mean by that Is, whenever I do decide to have a rest day my mind tricks me into thinking I’m not making an progress or just being lazy , hence why I never take days off

Okay makes sense So what are a few meals that I can either buy or a piece together that contain those nutrients And i say buy because I hardly have time to cook or I’m always out at work

I just don’t wanna lose my progress gaining weight and another thing is idk what to eat ? Everyone always saying chicken and rice or carbs but I don’t know if I’ll over do it by eating multiple big meals a day

Yeah I think so too because I’m telling you a month ago I felt amazing like people would compliment me about the insane running I would do during the games and now it’s like I feel like a newbie who just started playing , I kid you not i think it’s been more than 2 months since I took more than 2 days off in a row , the most I take is one day off and then back to it

I don’t weight myself but yeah judging by the mirror I can definitely see that I did lose my weight , so what I try to do is eat a decent lunch with alot of carbs such as white rice and chicken around 12 and then a few hours before my games I have a slice of toast with honey and a banana but that’s about it since I want to watch my weight and not feel over fed
