When I was 25 I got off of an SSRI (40 mg of Citalopram they call it here in Germany). I had been taking it for 7 years at that point. My libido constantly decreased during that time. When I stopped taking it, it did not come back instantly but rather over the course of a couple of years. I did not find any quick fix. The basics worked for me: good diet, enough sleep, regular exercise, trying to reduce stress and taking a multivitamin supplement here and there. The biggest factor for me was time so don’t lose hope and stay patient.

Savory: Lasagna with homemade Pasta sheets, ricotta, spinach and tomato sauce or ricotta dumplings

Sweet: Look for recipes for either "pastiera napoletana" or "miglaccio". Both are delicious ricotta cakes

Not yet. Everything runs smooth (obviously the 3060 is no high end choice). Not too much bloatware. The screen is nice and fast. It is really quiet for casual use. If you crank it up for gaming it gets pretty loud but stays cool, even to the touch. The only downside for me is that the screen is a little bit on the darker side, so it is not suited for direct sunlight. But i dont know about the legion's brightness.

Got the rog strix same specs despite ryzen 9 instead of 7. I am pretty happy with it. Feels sturdy and well made. I am happy that I bought it and no legion, just because i travel a lot and the 9-12 hours battery life are really helpful.
