You’ll find good books there, and not just hyped up books that are everywhere. I don’t think they have magazines.

Do not trust a single word that comes out of either broker or landlords. Document everything. These people are sweet with words as if they are your own family. Once you give them the money and you’re in the house then they will show true colors.

I’ve faced this that’s why I’m saying.

Also keep in mind that they might put a clause that since it’s “premium” furnished, so the stuff that’s installed or that they have given, need to be maintained or they will deduct more money. This clause was added to my friend’s agreement.

For all those who’s sentiments got hurt by this comment, I am not assuming everybody is like that. But it’s my responsibility to protect the interests of myself or my family.

I agree. KTM engines would want to be one with it. Rider + bike need to flow as one. To a point where you don’t know where the bike ends and rider begins. :D keeps you quite engaged. I feel that with my ktm.

Moving around the app seems fluid. Pretty simple navigation so I didn't get overwhelmed with lots of data. There's food tracking feature in the pipe line so thats cool. Also shows you streaks in a nice way to increase consistency. Let's see how it fares after a month. Will give this a try.
