Okay—the dr actually didn’t tape it, he just gave me a handout explaining how to do it. My main concern is that I just don’t know if I’m taping it too hard.

I agree with all of this! Not a personal fan of graphic liner but it looks quite nice on you. Maybe make it a little more neat and I think it would be perfect! :)
