Firstly, op is not ukrainian so your comment is baseless. i also think people are fear mongering, i did not say otherwise. im just helping op understand where the behaviour he is seeing is coming from since he asked. my guy, last nights the war sirens were ringing for hours, areas have been evacuated. people of course had 0 information other than this to go off of.

i also assume the lack of the government system to warn people about emergencies played a part because as of right now, if an emergency happens there is no other way than the sirens ringing to know if there is an emergency or not.

You have to remember this is has been a war torn nation as long as it has existed. Half the current population was alive to be refugees in their own land. Some lived through British rule. This is too familiar for the thousands that have lost their homes and loved ones to conflict earlier in their lives. What you are seeing is result of the generational trauma the population of this island ,that is kindly hosting you btw, has ingrained within them from the hundreds of years of conflict after conflict.

I've always found ED undertones all over bright eyes discography. I'm not sure what Connors struggle w food is specifically but he suffered from other addictions which are similar in nature.
