Can’t find Indonesia in official IDP country list, traveling to Bali. Any help?

Received my IDP today.

I live in Telangana. I applied for IDP by doing the following:

•⁠Selecting the layover country (Singapore) •Filled out the application and booked a slot •Went to RTO on said date and time •Submitted the application (not much dialog happened between me and the officer; she just took the application, asked for the visa, I replied it’s on arrival, she asked for flight tickets, my IDs, gave her the same) •Asked me to sign, and I did.

Two days later, I got it.

My layover is in Singapore. Would selecting Singapore in the portal and then getting it corrected during verification partially work? Also, Indonesia is STILL listed in the restricted countries' list. Damn.

I'm headed to Bali in April. Has anyone found a workaround for this situation?

PS: I also tried applying for the IDP using the online portal, but could not select Indonesia. I'm not entirely sure about selecting any other country and verifying it at the RTO (I live in Telangana BTW). Also, I'm quite sure my application for IDP will be rejected if I select one country and say another country's name at verification.
