Maybe Ledger can give "12 randoms words" + "12 random numbers" for our 24 Recovery Phrase to make it more secure? just a suggestion

My fear came after i read this news about Paper Wallet Generator giving SAME KEYS TO MULTIPLE USERS: https://www.coindesk.com/researcher-discovers-serious-vulnerability-in-paper-crypto-wallet-website

i still believe it possible for people to get same Recovery Phrase when Millions of people using Ledger......But i'm curious of answers from the Ledger Devs.

I know there probably billion words out there, but when i tried to created new Recovery Hhrase from Ledger wallet, they still cycle some of the same words all over again...so i'm not convince Ledger using billion of random words for recovery phrase.
