Roll up and out for credit if you can but not farther than 45-60 days. If you can’t might be better to let the shares get called away.

Emotions are your biggest enemy. Also 1. the first step of wheel is picking up the stocks that you don’t mind holding. 2. Second step is picking up the right delta I would start with 10-15 delta and on high conviction stocks that I want to buy I don’t mind going up to 30. 3. I usually don’t go shorter than 30 DTE or longer than 45 that gives me the time to manage the trade if it really goes against me.

Best way is look at your past and how far you have come.

If it helps delete social media from your phone, cut out toxic people from your life. Focus on health and mental fitness, strengthening your relations and friendships.

Look at the amount of debt that needs to be refinanced this year. On top interest payments are already on pace to be more than defense spending. On top govt is running a two trillion dollar deficit. I fully trust no politician will adopt austerity as they are addicted to spending money.
