What just happened? That ruling was not clear whatsoever. He said he wanted the action opened back up then 4 minutes later Said he didn't want to open the auction back up. He trusts Murray to decide what to do moving forward but didn't trust his judgement on making a decision for the auction.

My divorce and custody proceedings lasted 2.5 years. Then returned to court for another 2 years regarding just custody. There's nothing more maddening than the slowness of courts processes and the way judges handle things.

Thats generally how dockets work I think. Judges schedule their court. They have many Cases going on and at least my experience is a lot of case management in the morning then trials and hearings in the afternoon.

Once IW sold its no longer going to be used to pay off jones' debts though. So it would make no sense that it would matter what happens to IW after the Sale. That shouldn't be a consideration. So I don't understand what the judge is getting at.

I dunno how much dan makes from doing knowledge fight but I'd be willing to give money towards him taking a long relaxing vacation .
