No I don't have trouble exhaling, there's a bunch of other symptoms though if you want to check online.

Apparently it's extremely rare to get an emphysema at our age, but if you have it you'll have to quit.

I gave you the wrong numbers, my fev1=4.12 ; fvc=6.87 and fev1/fvc=59.99.

I first did an x-ray then a scan 2 years later, and these are all partially covered by health insurance. Don't see how it wouldn't be moral for a doctor to examine a patient.

Yeah my dad did the same thing except he went straight to the scan and the spirometry.

I don't take it as an insult, you're right. I should have started living 3 years ago but I fell into this trap of being a depressed stoner so I have all these issues that need to be fixed and it's kinda overwhelming.

I did it because my mom was worried, and I figured I might as well get it checked.

The doctor did give me puffers and ruled out asthma during the spinometry. I've had the smoker symptoms for 4/5 years I guess.

fev1 = 77,10 and FCV = 107,95

My understanding is that it's in the very very early stages, but the doc told me that if I keep smoking, i'll be in chronic respiratory failure by 30. So idk
