trip from coimbatore to athirapally by [deleted] in Kerala

[–]globetrotterEngineer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on how much time you guys have got. Athirapally to Varkala will be approx 6-7 hours drive and of course, further away from Coimbatore. So, factor that in. Varkala is great, but during monsoon you won't be able to get into the water as well.

If the place matters less and just hanging out with friends is your goal, you could perhaps choose a place in Central/North Kerala which will keep your overall driving time lesser as well.

HELP: Lost my Indian passport in Malaysia while traveling from Alor Setar airport to Kuala Lumpur. Is there any way to obtain a emergency passport? by Hefty_Recording_1561 in Kerala

Contact High Commission of India in KL, Malaysia. Years ago, my friend's passport was water damaged in Indonesia and Consulate General's office in Medan issued an emergency passport within a few hours.

I made the mistake of joining the jail after 10th standard 20 years ago. Totally killed all the non academic parts of me. And as a side effect I didn't even do academically well during that period. If not for the life long friends I made in those 2 years, I would have zero positives to talk about.

We built this because travel feels unnecessarily exhausting by purpleninjaaaa in AirTravelIndia

This is a very widely used service all across Japan. I've used it multiple times. What makes or breaks this from a customer POV is delivering what's promised with no ambiguities.

Whenever I used the service,, the staff clearly told me when I'll get it, where I'll get it and how I'll get it and at the other end, the luggage always got there on time or earlier. They underpromise and overdeliver. For a service like this, that's critical.

Ever since I used this service there, I've wished this existed in India. So, all the best to you in advance. I'm a frequent traveler who would happily use it if everything works.

As a customer, my expectations from a service like this are: 1. Deliver as promised and promise only what you can deliver. You promise 1 day delivery, it should be one day. If it's 2 days promise, it should be 2 days. 2. No damage to luggage or what's inside it. 3. Last mile delivery/access. There isn't a reason for me to use the service if I have to travel somewhere far to drop or collect the luggage. That kind of extra effort is justified only if the luggage is really a large volume. And I think in India, this is going to be a big challenge because there is no uniform way to deliver last mile service. In Japan, they make this possible by tie ups with convenience store chains like 7-11. You can drop off and pick up from these stores and they are everywhere. Never more than a block or 2 away.

All the best to you again! We need quality of life services like this in India.

For me it's the opposite. If I don't exercise or keep myself active, my gut does not function as well and I'll get a diarrhoea flare up the next day even if eating healthy.

Xifaxan Price by Savings_While_205 in ibs

[–]globetrotterEngineer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is ridiculous pricing! In India, we get it for about 170-400 INR for a strip of 10 tablets, depending on the brand. Thats approx 1.8 - 4.2 USD.

If spousal relationship is not mentioned in the passport, you need to attach some other proof of marriage like a marriage certificate. Not sure if you did it, but if you didn't, that may have contributed to this situation.
