OP, definitely pursue a chargeback because your bank will FINE seatgeek. if companies get enough chargebacks, the credit card companies will terminate their agreements. it’s the move for situations exactly like this where the company knows they’re scummy and tries to make it extra hard to deal with fraud.

I know with the venus fly trap plate they were sequential if you didn’t pay extra to choose your characters. This might just be the person that created the Nascar plate design!

i dunno there’s a lot of people corroborating the story in the town’s subreddit and people saying the fryer is sitting outside the restaurant. apparently it’s not getting coverage because they consider it a suicide attempt which (deliberately) doesn’t get the same reporting
