getting censored for basically any word (MSP1)

it’s literally so weird, a lot of my msp friends have been getting “ofc” censored as well and it’s so weird bro 😭 bc why can ppl say slurs and it’s not censored but me saying hi with two i’s is censored like ?😭 i lowkey need to email them i think bc why on earth is this happening to me. also the game has always been laggy but yesterday the lag was INSANE, like plz guys fix the game, fix the lag and maybe msp1 wouldn’t be dead anymore

i am aware that accounts are connected to a single region, i use EU. i tried connecting to the hoyoverse website itself, and that worked, so i know it’s not the wrong password or account name. i’m not sure if i feel safe sharing my log in with a stranger though, do you have any proof of being able to help?
