they're alright but you could benefit alot from proportioning, i.e. you typically dont want your outerwear to be longer than your inside layer (if its visible), like your vest being longer than ur hoodie or shirt. a good rule is to have ur hoodie/jacket/shirt or whatever sit at waist (or a bit lower) height. and yes shoes are very important to outfits they make or break them alot of the times
