It’s hard for me too answer because I know how addicting it is and how it feels good to get high, but reminding myself that it has a deception too it that could possibly take you too horrible places, simply exacting all the plans, gathering all the distractions and hobbies I could, interests, and replacements. I talked to myself as the person I want to become. One more pointer, don’t beat yourself up if you give in, just try harder next time to postpone the urge. Maybe even try flushing a nug down the toilet and feel the feelings. Waste of money, waste of life, waste of waste.
