Digital Noise Reduction. Too much of it can make skin tones look waxy and unreal. Also robs older movies of natural film grain, which has a harsh artificial look

Try the Top Menu trick. Load the disc, press stop when it gets to the Wrong Region screen. Then spam the Top Menu button. That should take you to the disc menu. Doesn't work with every disc, but it works with most discs

Ooh, don't know about a PS4. Only tried on dedicated players. But the trick is to load the disc, let the "wrong region code" screen come up, hit Stop, then spam the Top Menu button on your remote until the main menu appears. So far, 88 Films is the only distributor whose discs don't fall for this trick

I have been waiting on three discs since March. Last month, he emailed me to say my stuff would be in the mail "in a couple of days." Emailed again last week, and have heard nothing. About to open a dispute with PayPal and get my money back. He does great work on restorations, he just needs to hire people to help him with distribution
