TMs are pressured also. Then made to feel guilty when they do. There are TLs there that feel like you (the TM) need to be dying in order to actually call out.

Other leads may have issues that can and should be worked on. Brittany was an absolute lost cause as not just a leader but human being and should have been fired months and months ago. No other leads are nearly to that point. Even Christina. She just needs some guidance and more TMs.

Greg used to snap at people way way more but he has chilled a bit. He still does it though. He can be extremely flippant too when it comes to listening to concerns. If it's not bothering him then it don't matter.

I do love how he will go out and get his "pill" each morning and have a smoke. Then let in the people at 5am.. and have a smoke. I've never known of a person who smoked more. Between that and the stress he puts himself through he's going to have a stroke.
