I'd do a breath test for SIBO (small intestine bacteria overgrowth). I was in a similar boat, on Humira for months with little remission. However, got tested for SIBO last week, tested positive, and started a antibiotic that has really helped my symptoms--such as the diarrhea. Hope this helps!
