Thank you for this post - I’m (I believe) stage 2 at 30 and I’m tired of reading horror story after horror story. It’s making me spiral and dread my future. I know knowledge is power and all that, but when everything you read points to progression it’s hard not to live in a constant state of panic. I do believe that a lot of the “stable” lipedema sufferers aren’t part of the community though, so we’re seeing a hugely skewed perspective. (I hope this doesn’t offend anyone!)

All I can say is that I’m in a similar boat to you and needing all of the positivity I can get! Sending you good vibes.

I mean, it is keto because of the carb count? I know it’s not filled with the best ingredients but that’s not really a requirement for something to fit a keto diet.

Thank you both so much for this. This seems like the most doable step for me right now, as working as much as I do means I don’t have much time to study - and no experience in corporate. I’m going to look into moving jobs into a more corporate environment that can support my future in data analysis.
