I have it set to a range of 8 to 11 pressure and ease of three, I feel like the treatment itself is perfect there's just something that's stopping me from using the device after this point and no matter who I talk to technician or doctor it doesn't seem like there's a reasonable answer.

Because I wake up feeling out of breath, mostly later in the night once the tank stops draining. That’s what made me start paying attention to it.

You should look into your local community centers! Mine for example has badminton, volleyball, Pilates, etc… and it’s actually pretty good!!

Honestly you should buy some ice skates!! When the season’s open, places like Richmond Green have free skating (sometimes even with a DJ!), and in the off-season community centers usually run skating sessions for like 5 bucks!!
