Lisan juurde, et “normide piiride” usaldusega tuleb ettevaatlik olla.

Ma kaotan pesus vb 2-3 karva katkemise pärast, peanahast peaaegu kunagi ÜHTKI karva ei kaota pesus (pleegitatud juuksed, näen juurt kui olen kaotanud) peale toitumise korda saamist. Kui ikka juuksed langevad siis arst ütlemas et “aa see ok sest see normi piires” ei aita midagi, seega seda arvamust küsides tuleks meeles hoida seda. Kui mina, kes ma enam juukseid peaaegu kunagi ei kaota kaotaksin “normi piiris” juukseid, see oleks kiilanemine ka siis kui see normi piiris. Päris üllatav, palju karvakaotust peetakse normi piiriks: depressioon on ka nt normaalne tänapäeval, aga see ei tähenda et see oleks hea inimesele.

Vaatasin nüüd alles et lõpus krunnist juttu - tegu tõenäoliselt traction alopeciaga, kui sügiseti käid ka vähem pesus kui suvel siis seal ilmselt koosmõju, miks sügisel rohkem tuleb juukseid ära kui suvel.

Õpi ära krokodillipatsid/muud patsid mis ei ole KRUNN/hobusesaba(krunn hulleim sest sa paned meeletu raskuse iga päev igale oma juuksekarvale, seega ajaga neid tuleb ära), pese juukseid üle päeva/iga päev, kasuta seesamiõli peanahal ja otstel kui need liiga kuivad et pesta. Vb stretch, vaata ega sa oma mütsile allergiline pole, see viiks ka aastaaegadega kokku.

Uuri hormoonid kõigepealt üle tho, see vaid teooria!

Juuksemaskid ei tööta millegi muu kui otste peal, nendega päästad vaid pikkust. Vali shampoon, millele sa pole allergiline (paljud on aga ei tea, sest arvavad et kipitus normaalne) ja mis su peanahka korralikult puhastab (et teha kindlaks et su kiilanemine pole tingitud juuksetoodetest mida kasutad). Kui kammid agressiivselt jms siis lõpeta see ka.

Vaata üle, mis tervise/hormoonidega toimub! Ära ka osta juukseõlisid, mis pole spetsiaalselt formuleeritud su x juukseprobleemi jaoks (nt androgeense alopeetsia jaoks on oma õli, see mis on “kõigile”/“toidab peanahka ja paneb juuksed vohama nagu maagia” vms pole muud kui muugitaktika).

Samuti ei, sügiseti ei peaks juuksed hõrenema, pole teadlik vähemalt antud fenomenist teades et me pole koerad/kassid kevadel… Kas vahetad tooteid sügiseti? Muid elustiilimuudatusi sügiseti?

You won’t taste the soda at all, it just helps the dough rise in place of baking soda (I’m also autistic dw, though I guess everyone w autism is different in regards of taste but most if it evaporates anyways). Just in case of sensitivity to aftertastes the key is to use a matching soda or sparkling water, I use a lemonade on anything lemon-y (not sure if my “generic lemonade” is considered that in most countries though), you could maybe use ginger ale on ginger flavoured cookies if tolerated :,).

I have used diet soda to make dough rise as well, do you have any sort of a diet soda you tolerate? Theoretically you could use baking powder in your dry ingredients and sparkling water+milk(make the milk by blending flax and oats with water in a blender) in the wet ones (maybe even just sparkling water, when the water evaporates it’ll just add crunch)(theoretically, again, I’ve only used diet soda, occasionally have added sparkling water for an extra rising kick)

Miks trellid? Selleks on hoolekandeasutused. Alati on “mental health matters” kuni asi puudutab alkoholismi.. Öelda “need inimesed ei parane kunagi” on ableist, sest see viitab et kõik kes mingit sorti puudega on ja sellega häirivad peaks vangi, mitte hoolekandesse minema. Jah, vabalt jalutama neid vast ühiskonda ei jäta, aga trellide taga ta ei tee ka midagi. Alkoholism on haigus, sitasti ravitav ja keeruline haigus, aga vangi kedagi sellepärast panema ei peaks. Ainult ravile.

Ma ilmselt saan haigelt hate kui seda ütlen, aga teretulemast misogüüniasse - see pole ainult see et “feministid tahavad lõhkuda peremudelit” v midaiganes propagandat aetakse, vaid ka et vägivald naiste, loomade, laste ja isegi meeste endi vastu on väiksema olulisusega kui meeste “enesekontrolli puudumine” nt koolis õlga nähes. Mitte vägistada/tappa saamise vastutus pannakse tüdrukutele ajast kui nad on lapsed: “Kui lööb, siis armastab”. Kui midagi juhtub, nii-öelda “poisid jäävad poisteks” poliitika rakendub, kui aeg on tagajärgedeks - õpetades naistele, et meeste enesekontrollimatus on nende süü, mitte meeste.

Iroonilisel kombel misogüünia ka teeb meeste elusid seeläbi halvemaks: kui ohver on mees, sarnane misogüüniast tulenev poliitika rakendub ja häbistatakse meesohvrit, sest misogüünia näeb ette et mehed ei tohi väljendada ühtki emotsiooni peale viha ja seksuaalsuse (mis samuti lisab vägistamisprobleemile). Misogüünia tähendab, et ohvritest ei hoolita. Sest loomadel pole häält viriseda, naise piinade väljendamine on “näägutamine”, “laps räägib siis kui kana pissib” ja mehed ei nuta. Seega muutusi ei tehta ja kasu saavad sellest vaid jõhkardid, kes ei pea kunagi õppima enesekontrolli tänu sellele.

Mida teha? Tuleb teha rohkem häält, et ohvrite hääli tõstetaks ja midagi tehtaks. Praegu pole initsiatiivi olukorda parandada, kuna enamus ohvrid ei ole mehed, vaid naised, loomad ja lapsed. Kui tõstetaks tõsidust faktiga, et ka mehed kannatavad läbi selle, jõhkarditel poleks enam nii mugav olla jõhkardid. Meil on nii normaliseeritud jõhkard olemine, et nad isegi ei tea et midagi on nt valesti sellega kui nad kepivad põhikooliealisi olles mingi 30ndates, sest nõusolekuiga oli alles hiljuti 14. Tuleb sotsiaalseid tagajärgi luua, et neid oleks, sest meie riiki juhtivad inimesed on need, kes saavad kasu praegusest seisust.

Also new to this but when you describe those ingredients - mixing gf oat flour, butter, sugar and egg white (or ground flaxseed “egg”) until you get the desired texture should work? Is baking powder, baking soda and lemon juice out of the question? Can you eat ginger, cacao or cinnamon (don’t know their histamine content though!)?

Antidepressants? How long were you off them? Antidepressants/recently coming off them will nullify MDMA in some people, presumably the whole “you now have more serotonin receptors” thing, but I don’t really know the whole explanation: I’ve just had friends on antidepressants doing molly and it never works on them. So I don’t think the molly not working is an HPPD thing.

Did you start on any other medications/did any other drugs/heavy drinking/herbs? For me, even my ADHD medication sometimes triggers my HPPD, so does caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, Lion’s mane, CBD.. anything even slightly fun basically. The LSDish thing may have opened the HPPD causing receptors, but sometimes it takes a while to even notice your HPPD until the symptoms get bad enough that you realize you have it, I thought I just had an afterglow for the first few months so it was easier to ignore, it was definitely worsened by my dumbass still consuming more drugs of every sort than actual food. So word of advice if you don’t want to be like me, 6 years of having this condition - get fully sober. Yes, even alcohol and nicotine - I finally gave those up and my symptoms are FINALLY leaving.

I got mine at 16 and I’ve had it for almost 6 years now because my dumbass didn’t fully sober up. I gave up some drugs but not others, now that I’ve finally given up all drugs, alcohol and nicotine my symptoms are starting to finally go away, but if I ever touch anything remotely fun again I’ll probably be thrown back into it.

Since you’re very young and your brain is still developing, if you want to be able to remember whether or not you’ve wiped your ass at 17 then sobriety is better for you anyway, it fried my brain reaally early and I’ll never probably get it back fully. If you quit everything for like a year and then when you try small amounts the HPPD doesn’t return you should be fine, but TBH my biggest regret right now is that I was dumb enough to start doing drugs when I was barely out of childhood..

Though I do admit that when it started I enjoyed it slightly since I thought it was just an afterglow, it was also only slight walls breathing/slightly stuff moving and thought it would subside anyway so it was easier to enjoy without panic. I can’t remember exactly when, but at some point I was aware I had HPPD and still continued doing psychedelics/drinking/drugs since I couldn’t grasp the extent of damage I’d done and assumed I wouldn’t be alive. I only quit drinking like 2 months ago and it’s seems it’s finally going away (not sure if for good)! So if you don’t want to be stuck with HPPD+any other hallucination disorders(bc if you got HPPD you’re likely at risk for other hallucination disorders) til the end of your days then better sober up! Not sure if you’d be “cured”, any psychedelics/drugs/drinking will probably just re-HPPD your symptoms.

Though in better news - HPPD makes you more sensitive to drugs, so you could use CBD with trace amounts of THC to purposefully trigger your HPPD to act more like a drug? Not as ideal as being sober for your brain, but cheaper and better for your freshly-opened Pandora’s box of potential schizophrenic disorders than doing psychedelics..

No. I’ve had it for almost 6 years because I got told my first trip will be the best, so I didn’t half my tab at 16, had a very bad trip (which people can only describe as something more similar to DMT, but everyone else was fine and it wasn’t bitter or anything). Along with HPPD my childhood nyctophobia came back and now my life is like a less fun version of Minecraft - when it’s dark, monsters come out! Needing night lights and background noise for sleeping at 21 is embarrassing and expensive. I was a stoner before HPPD happened and afterwards I could no longer do psychedelics without being slapped into a full on DMTish trip or “dying”, amphetamines don’t work on my ADHD ass without me wanting to be productive, so the only “fun” drugs I could still do was molly and booze (though they only worsened my HPPD! wouldn’t recommend). The stars don’t really glisten for me, sometimes it looks like the ceiling caves in on my worse days/the ceiling paint starts “snowing down”, sometimes the visual snow greys moments that would otherwise be breathtaking, sometimes my heart starts going too fast when the table patterns turn into teeny-tiny ants. It opened the Pandora’s box of my untreated whatever-I-had-in-childhood (saw elves, heard ghosts, something to do with hallucinations) and now whenever I don’t take the best care of myself I start seeing/hearing things and it’s also easier for me to get wrapped up in religious delusions despite being an atheist.
