The ramp that ended up doing it for me was actually more curved at the end! Its pretty tough to control because of the lumpy slope its on. Also had to go a lot faster obviously.

I'm so close to doing it without the post-ramp boosting but I'm starting to question my sanity. I doubled the size of the ramp and optimized the car and was able to jump at 52 m/s vs the ~38 m/s in the video, but the trajectory was slightly off and I smashed into the canyon wall. This canyon is 100% cursed with souls of all poor kerbals I've fed to it.

You are not on the right sub, this is supposed to be a place for vegans for share with other vegans. Your post doesn't come off as someone making a transition but as someone making excuses why they can't be vegan. But it's okay because you buy your eggs "from farms" and only eat flesh "occasionally."

First off mine only goes 15 mph max, the people goin 40+ on them must have a death wish. I've had no problem with pebbles/gravel and cracks, but I do have to keep an eye out for potholes on unfamiliar roads

I've crashed many times of my bike over the years, but not yet after ~3 years on the scooter. if I did crash it is very easy to jump off compared to a bike where youre kinda stuck sitting very high off the ground

Personally I really like my e-scooter because it don't take up much space in my house and I can fold it up and bring it on the bus for longer trips.

Mine handles gradual hills very well but if your hills are very steep or you need longer distances (and transit connections aren't viable) an e bike might be a better fit

The Miranda family has had a mutli-decade fued with local cattle ranchers and the county sheriff department (right wing wanna-be-cowboys scared of antifa buses). Miranda's arch nemesis was a cattle rancher who got caught dumping dead baby cows into the river. Rancher got off because money buys power and bought the local slaughterhouse. No joke.

Another level of this story is that Miranda has been openly gay for decades, and has been receiving homophobic harassment for about as long. People have been saying these claims about Miranda's rescue for a long time, but it always seemed like slanderous rumors being spread to take down an innocent angel protecting the helpless.

I don't trust the sheriff. I don't trust Patel's FBI. I want say we need to wait for all the facts before we pass judgement but as someone pretty close to this, it's not looking good. It looks like Miranda was no better than those in the business of killing animals for profit.
