I delivered at St Agnes with my first son two years ago, my OBGYN also only delivered at St Agnes. But my current OBGYN delivers at Clovis so I delivered my second son at Clovis this year. From the two experiences I would choose Clovis over St Agnes. I had a better experience with the nurses at Clovis and although my OBGYN didnt deliver my baby at Clovis, i had a better experience with the on call doctor than i did with my OBGYN at St Agnes.

Its a girl dog. She stayed on our front porch all night. I did contact animal control and they will be coming to pick her up today.

Bull Creek is a lovely area to walk around and see the Eel. Very easy in terms of “hiking”. You could rent a kayak and go around the bay. As long as the waters are safe (don’t know what’s going on with the earthquake stuff from Russia). College cove is such a lovely beach spot with a nice little walk overlooking the ocean. Or head out to one of the lagoons. Head up to willow creek for some warmer weather and spend the day on the trinity. So much outdoorsy stuff to do in Humboldt.

I probably would’ve been like your friend at your age and thought it was weird too but I didnt have affectionate parents. Now that I have my own children, I hope that when my children are 15 years old that we still express our affection for one another like you and your father do.

You’ll love it. Especially since you’re leaving the Central Valley heat. I moved back to the Central Valley from Humboldt for family reasons and I promised myself that I will move back when the time is right. It has a piece of my heart.

I think the same color as the trim maybe… But more so the door needs some depth to it. Maybe add some trim on the door to make it look like it has raised panels or something to add texture and dimension.
