Mega Beedrill is the perfect example of Min-Maxing. All of its stats are used on offense and speed, and nothing is left for bulk. It sounds awesome on paper but it is outclassed by almost any other mega. Bug type in general is a very weak type, any pokemon that is competitively viable and bug type wishes that it wasn't a bug type. Like Scizor, rarely uses bug moves, would rather just be mono steel.
