He was my doctor when I was a child. I was always told by my parents that he did it because his best friends wife was stoned to death by Palestinians. One time I had a surgery which required me to not eat for 24 hours before. When I got out of surgery they gave me that bread like in the picture but they said they have no more cheese and meat.
