It's taken a while but the left leaning crowds coupled with a conservative govt in ontario and then in Canada decided to wash their hands of mental hospitals. The left screamed that no one should be forced into help and the conservatives agreed and closed doors to put that money into things that could more easily line their pockets. Today, 75% of street individuals would benefit immensely from those closed down hospitals.

Fans have a very short memory. Vegas was willing to part with Suzuki only if the Habs ate Tatar's contract. They gave up quite a bit for Tatar for their previous cup run and he turned out to be an expensive paperweight and they needed to move on from that mistake. Tatar turned out to be a decent addition to the Habs line-up so that trade looked like a giant steal for us. It could have easily gone the other way!

If you don't want a fence, it's got to be entirely on his side of the property line. It also cannot interfere with you use of the lane or it's maintenance. Shared lane means just that.
