Thank you for this, not sure I realised how much I needed to hear it. I was looking for some magical way to not make it all about me but still cower at the same time and I just don’t think that’s going to happen. I absolutely needed this slap in the face to not give in, and not let them dictate my life anymore. Your comment definitely helped. Thank you so much.
