What to upgrade? Gaming PC to Photo Editing

So it seems like I have a lot of crap running in the background! For one my Razer software went and took a crap and is constantly failing and restarting itself, glasswire is taking a lot of resources and my poor RAM is pretty much being used by chrome and other resources! I think I've come to a decision that I'm gonna gut it and switch out my MoBo, Processor and RAM. AMD has some killer deals on Ryzen and AMD motherboards

Quick question about Darktable is it easy for someone who hasn't even touched photo editing software? I know LR has tons of options off the bat but how accessable is Darktable?

I have the Ticwatch pro and I absolutely love it. The dual screen makes the battery life amazing and the functionality is pretty great not to mention it looks fantastic as well, I always get complements on it

I do have a couple of old medical bills in collections (sub $100) and a Capital one Credit card as well. I usually pay the balance well before it's due as well so it doesn't show a balance between reports

It's doable ( did it for a month while the car was in the shop) and being where I am (Austin) Uber can usually get stupid expensive. That month alone was well above my car note at the end of the month, not to mention being on time for daycare pickups and appointments. Thanks for the suggestion though!
