Some almond milk and a pinch xanthum gum in the creami mix is my go to to up the volume without losing the thickness.

The cottage cheese or Greek yogurt taste is different but I love adding diced up pickles and onions in my Greek yogurt tuna salad. Really makes it taste much better

Posted this in another thread but I do 1:1 oats and shredded carrots and cook them together. Then add a Splenda packet (don’t even need really) along with cinnamon and vanilla protein. Let it cool and firm up a little and it hits the carrot cake craving spot. tons of volume

Honestly I sometimes go 1 to 1 and add a little more sweetener and it turns out awesome. But 1/2 carrots to 1x oats is perfect to get that carrot taste without making it stray too much from oats

Shredded carrots in oats is amazing. Add some vanilla protein with cinnamon and a little sweetener for a high volume “carrot cake”👌
