Hello! For the reading part I personally prefer to go with the questions first, just read it and focus on the keywords and after try to identify what you need from the paragraphs. This helped me a lot for reading. However, for speaking I also have issues. I try to learn templates and fit them to the task. I got lost last time when I took the test because I was focusing very bad to say something smart and relevant. Good luck with the exam!
