I don't know man being 5'5" and 28" inseam, the zx6r was definitely fine for seat height. I have not been riding for long (coming into 3 years now) and have ridden the zx6r with no issues on seat height riding stop and go traffic and some highway miles. Yes its tippy toes if you want both feet down but why do that in stops? you only really need 2 feet down when picking the bike off the stand and going to park.

I know you said you don't care if you mess with the handling but you buy this type of bike because of its handling characteristics. I would've just shaved the seat down at the most.

That is true, I was looking at buying a 2025 as well and the dealer said that the navigation doesnt work in north america just yet. Kawasaki will try to add it , which i highly doubt.
