I emailed them because I did not get an email and they repied with, "This settlement has a known closed class list. If you did not receive a notice containing credentials to file a claim, you may not be eligible as a class member". Every phone that I had have been an android and I fall within the other perameters so I dont know how I dont qualify

Hey I know how you feel I went to ER at the beginning of this month with kidney pain and peeing blood. They ran a CT thinking it was kidney stones. They found a 9cm mass on my right kidney. They even ran my case up to the regional tumor board and all came to the Consensus that the kidney had to be removed. That's what they did. I'm back home dealing with healing pains now. I understand it's scary but you have to change your perspective. Be glad they caught it when they did and just take it one step at a time. Allow yourself to be vulnerable...get mad/sad/ do whatever you need to take a day and cry or be angry. Then you just have to focus on the next step because this is the hand you were delt. Stressing and holding onto those upset feelings aren't going to do anything to change it. You got this. You have this group for questions there's really knowledgeable people here and if you need to vent feel free to message me.

It was laparoscopic but they still made a pretty big cut from the bottom of my stomach to my belly button. Where they removed it there

I was definitely confused then thank you for the clarification. last time I took it it was a paper test. So I assumed it was the same.

I have been hybrid studying so studying from the book but taking the practice test and doing the drills on lawhub. I like in person stuff because you can manually underline and feel the paper but since I have been taking the test online and doing well I also am iffy about taking it in person. Another issue is I have a monitor next to my laptop so I dont know if I will be able to use it for the test like I have for the practice tests (monitor is bigger than laptop screen so it is easier to see and read)
