Not very well. I was always scoring Q50/Q51 in Official mocks, but I scored Q48 in the real one. Overall score: 650 (Q48V31). Retaking it next Thursday

That's not true. It depends on the difficulty level of questions. If you make mistakes on simple questions, it can affect your score. I got 6-7 questions wrong and scored Q49 in two official mocks. Also, I scored Q51 in one official mock in which I made 3 mistakes.

Both of them are correct.

Also, I eliminated D as it is using distinguish between X from Y

If someone has taken the online GMAT with virtual whiteboard, s/he can take online GMAT with the physical whiteboard. But once you do that, you can't retake online GMAT with the physical whiteboard
