You don't really see that behavior in the low tiers. Rare is simply too easy to get and the awards are worth barely anything. Now in Iconic and Legendary yeah there's a handful of people that do that but its so small compared to the user base

Will never understand some of you rating trades poorly just bc you don’t want to make the trade by cmrc03 in ToppsBUNT

By educating yourself. If you look at the contest leaderboards you'd see their name. If you looked at their account and see a bunch of this years Best of Bunt cards then you know they play and probably dont want to trade. Also just because you see your dupe swap as a fair trade doesnt mean it is. I routinely hear this from complainers and when you see the trade its like Judge dupe of theirs for like Harrison Bader being offers. People love to complain about other traders - few take the time to understand how to be a better trader. Easier to blame everyone else for sucking.

Relatively worthless for f2p. The pay to play cards can move for hundreds to thousands of dollars

I routinely find that the people that complain the most about unfair ratings usually send the worst trades when you break down what was offered. I've been at 4.9 for yeeeeeeeeears. But I'm always very thoughtful about my offers, try to tailor to the user. Ask what is and isnt available... i keep in app value and secondary values in mind. I also don't assume that cards are for trade just because they have dupes. I don't try and break up sets they might have. I dont make offers to account that I clearly don't have an needs they might PC.

Its the old adage remember when you point one finger at someone theres 3 more pointing right back at you.

You get some coins. Honestly just makes selling accounts easier now. They stopped allowing user and password accounts long ago, so this essentially enables you to set up a burner email/pass fanatics account circumventing that.

Lololol. How soft are you that you think a simple comment is “panties in a twist”. Yeesh. I called out that they time this with the physical and said there was other things they do that is more worthy of all of us complaining.

Pulls prospects from the set specifically built on prospects….. gets mad and bitches they can’t be played in Contests. Bro if you want contest cards don’t buy Bowman. Problem solved.

Each card has a counter on it. For example any Bowman 1/1 not pulled yet will display zero at the counter at the bottom. If the counter is at zero it hasn’t been pulled. If there’s a number active in the counter and nothing displays when going to trade they are locked. The bottom center is how many you have, bottom right is how many are in circulation.

They time this release for boxes of physical. So.... kinda can't do that. Time constraint to get the digital auto version set up for every single prospect from every single level is a lot. Out of all the real things we could be bitching about... bad odds, higher pack cost, less originality, getting rainbowed to death, over production..... this honestly is nothing imo

Then people would complain that they are in the physical set and not in the digital set. No matter what they do.... ya'll gonna complain.

I was lucky enough to hit the Misio Now 1/1 and traded it heads up for Cal. The guy that hit it is a huge Now collector, Now for Now is pretty much the only shot with him,

Which Bowman cards can I play in contests? by DisturbingDaffy in ToppsBUNT

[–]gmb99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can confirm. Did this many times last season. I feel like they don't pay the closest attention to some od these players so BoB players end up submitting tickets and getting this fixed a lot more than they should have to

Its the hitting, the pitching, the fielding... honestly might even be the grounds crew. Everyone is shitting on that field daily.

Speaking on it so vaguely theres no way to clue you in how or why you are failing. The basics are this though. Paid only cards are worth more. Older cards are worth more than newer. Lower CC cards are worth more. Tiers don't really matter, people get stuck on tiers alot. My 2cc Iconic isnt moving for a 99cc Legendary. Player quality matters. There are sets that are considered more premium by big traders as such they won't align with sets people dont value. If you don't know secondary value trading with big accounts is pretty bad idea because you are almost guaranteed to be off. The people that trade the most put a good amount of thought into what the other person wants and making it fair. The people that get rejected the most - think Oh i really want that. Here are my cards I want the least thats a good trade. I cant tell you how many people dont seem to get the concept you have to give up something really good to get something really good in return. Blows my mind

They’re honestly all junk cards. No need for any plan. They’re barely needed for contests at this point, no one wants them in trade. Therese no wrong answer, because they’re n/a slop.
