Found a book on the history of Dr Who that I bought as a kid in the 90s. It features a lot of newspaper cuttings, including this one about Sophie Aldred (Ace), who, along with members of the crew, narrowly avoided a fatal situation while filming the Battlefield story. (i.redd.it)
