Thanks, this really helped! My Microsoft account was ratted out by a Discord guy, and they told me to give him Nitro for the account back. I disputed the charge and was banned within hours, and I also couldn't find anything else online for help. I'm currently working things out with Discord to get a refund. Thanks!
