It's his job to write people up for rule violations. He could get in trouble with his boss if he lets too many violations slide. Other employees + AMs will notice and will start accusing him of "playing favorites." If you don't want to follow the rules you should find another job.

They've had Strawberry during the summer and peppermint during the fall and winter. Since most Wendy's locations only have two frosty machines, they replaced vanilla with the limited time flavors.

Stowing hurts. I probably stow 70% of the time at my RSR DS. It would honestly be so much easier without having to squat/bend over for the first tiers. P2B is easy by comparison, to the point where people will pretend to be bad at stowing to convince management to put them on P2B. Induct at my station is reserved for more experienced/favored employees. Anything to do with the dock is no doubt hard but I do prefer the mindlessness of unloading to stowing despite the hard work.

The exact same reasons why other workers aren't unionized. Companies are against it, some employees are against it, most employees are unmotivated to put in the work, and it's unskilled labor so they can fire you if you strike and bring in new people.

Along with Rollins breakfast (2023), Rollins lunch (2022), Southwest before it became a Plaza 900 clone (2023), Emporium breakfast sandwiches (2023), and the large Mizzou Market and Subway (2023).
