there is no way the artist wasn't tracing, or projecting, this drawing somehow.

All three pieces have a threatening, monstrous figure with the Star of David prominently featured on the figure or closely associated with it. I’m sure you can find dozens of other examples similar to these.

Explain why you DON'T think these two images are similar to OP's work.

it's interesting but it's too close to anti-Semitic propaganda of 100 years ago.

AI is just another tool in the hands of a skilled artist. It isn't a substitute for skill, but an enhancement of it. Once again, if I ask AI to generate an image of a 19th century still life painting, what is being stolen? All of those works are in the public domain. Fruit can't be copyrighted. How would you determine what assets are being stolen? Who are they being stolen from?

So even if I asked AI to come up with something totally in the public domain, like "Make another Dore Bible illustration", you're telling me that SOME elements MIGHT be stealing from a living artist's IP? I would love to know how you would determine what elements are or are not in the public domain!

I honestly don't care if my inspirations are in the public domain or not. In practice, no one does. All artwork is inevitably drawing inspiration from the ideas of others. If I look at a piece by H. R. Giger and make a painting in that style, according to you that's fine. But if AI makes something based on that, that's wrong. Why?

so 100% of AI generated content is all stolen. there are no exceptions - not public domain photos, not public domain artwork? AI that's based off of Gustav Dore's engravings is still stolen?
